MEET ANNA
After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from The George Washington University, Anna worked as a top level personal trainer at an elite, internationally recognized gym for over 10 years. In 2009, Anna created a successful nutrition and fitness program for brides-to-be, which was featured both in Capitol File Magazine and Town & Country Weddings Magazine.
Anna’s passion has always revolved around staying active, but most recently turned to yoga and dietary changes to assist and successfully manage her anxiety. As a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher and certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, Anna believes in balance, consistency, and self honesty to create a healthy, happy, and fulfilled life.
MEET TONY
Tony’s love for fitness began at an early age with involvement in several sports. His intrigue in human kinetics coupled with his desire to help others inspired him to obtain a degree in Exercise Science and Sports Studies from the University of Tampa, FL.
With over 20 years of professional experience as a top level certified personal trainer, Tony’s career has served numerous and varied clientele. From the seasoned athlete looking to increase their strength and speed, the frequent flyers who wish to reverse the tightness and stress from travel, to those who simply seek to regain confidence in their health and fitness for improved quality of life. Tony’s approach to fitness is to balance strength and mobility with purpose and intent through safe and effective programming.
